The purposes, legal bases, and period of personal data processing are indicated separately for each data processing purpose.
In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:
- the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing,
- the right to object to processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if you have previously given such consent,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by me.
You can exercise the above rights in accordance with the principles described in Articles 16 – 21 of the GDPR by contacting our DPO.
Providing your personal data is always voluntary but necessary to submit a form or simply contact us.
Period of personal data processing
- We process your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the contract and expiration of claims arising therefrom;
- We retain user personal data for the period of archiving accounting documents in accordance with applicable law, including tax and accounting obligations; Investigation of claims related to the performance of the contract;
- Prevention of abuse and fraud;
- For a limited time for statistical purposes;
- For a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract;
- For marketing purposes until you object to such processing.
If you request the deletion of your data, we will do so immediately, unless it conflicts with current data storage requirements, e.g., for tax purposes.

Your personal data provided to us in the context of email contact is processed solely to handle your inquiry. The content of the correspondence may be archived.
Marketing consent
In case you provide marketing consent, we inform you that your data may be shared with marketing agencies and advertising companies cooperating with the LINA Group. The legal basis for processing personal data in such a case is your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Contact form
If you send us questions via the contact form, we collect the data entered in the form, including the contact details you provide, to respond to your query and any further questions. We do not share this information without your consent. We will retain the data you provide in the contact form until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent for storage, or no longer need the storage purpose (e.g., after fulfilling your request).
Registration form
We conduct registration of training participants on our HUB. When you provide us with your data and are not qualified for the event, it will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Google Maps

Server logs
